Bennett has started his healing journey with many different types of healing modalities like Angelic Reiki, Aurasoma, Magnify Healing and Oracle cards reading. In 2016, Bennett discovered Tibetan Singing Bowls and was enchanted with their grounding frequencies.
Within all the different types of music instruments, Bennett is particularly fond of Crystal Tones Singing Bowls frequencies, as he finds them very transformative and gives a very special type of “angelic” feeling.
Sound Bath helps to calm the mind and slow down our thoughts. Not only can it release stress and improve your sleep.
